Why We Exist
Enterprises are spending more on AI than ever, and flying blind.
Total AI spend keeps climbing, but most leaders still can't answer a deceptively simple question: is it working? Access to a model is easy to buy. Knowing whether people use it well, whether important workflows have actually changed, and whether the investment is producing value is much harder to see.
We started PromptLeash to close that gap. Instead of another dashboard of raw logs, we built a platform that continuously measures adoption, capability, governance, and impact, then turns it into a single, board-ready view of progress: the Adoption Score.
The goal is simple. Make AI transformation something organisations can manage with evidence, the way they already manage cost, risk, and performance everywhere else.
